Born in Guagnano in 1960, Franca Leuci graduates in Law at the University of Bari, with a final dissertation in private law titled "Private interests, collective interests and protection in rem", supervised by Distinguished Prof. Michele Costantino, professor of private law.

Between the years 1990 and 1991 she works for the law firm Michele & Giorgio Costantino and becomes lawyer in 1998.

On the 27th of October 2000 she specializes in minor law at Bari University.

She is member of the Mediation and Conciliation Body of the Association of Lawyers of Bari and is also Court-appointed legal representative for the Juvenile Courts of Bari
